TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
Registration deadline: Sunday, August 12th
Time: Registration: 9:00am - 9:30am | Games: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Preston High School, 550 Rose Street, Cambridge, ON (along the Grand River)
Teams: 7 on 7 recreational co-ed. It is recommended to have 12 - 14 players. All players must sign a waiver prior
to participating.
Games: All games will be 45 minutes. Each team will play a minimum of 5 games throughout the day.
The theme of the tournament is "Cabana by the River" Prizes will be awarded to teams with the
best cabana, beach attire and the team that raises the most money!
Each team must think of a "Beachy" Spirit game with items that will be provided at the tournament!
Games will start with a water balloon toss. The team that wins the toss, wins choice!
Each player will be given an Hawaiian Leis. There will be an award given for the player with the most
Leis at the end of the tournament To get additional Leis, a player must challenge another player for their
Leis, with a beachin' spirit game.
Cost: $150 per team. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Langs Farm Villiage Association. Due to the fact
this is a fundraiser, C.A.T.S. requests that teams try to raise over $150. T-shirts will be given to the team that raises
the most money. Tax receipts will be distributed to those who donate.
Social: Awards will be presented at the "after game social" at Crabby Joe's Tap & Grill patio on 440 Hespeler
Road, Cambridge, ON ****Crabby Joes is offering all tournament players 1/2 priced
appetizers & free nachos after the game**
Equipment: Discs will be provided
Teams: If you do not have enough players to form a full team, C.A.T.S. will do their best to put groups together or find a team
for your group.

Get out your crazy summer hats, water toys, beach towels, suntan lotion and most of all...your CABANAS! On Saturday, August 18th our league teams will be getting together for an end of the season summer tournament and social. We wanted to invite other teams to join in on the fun! So wear your best beach attire and come out to play some ultimate along the Grand River in Cambridge, ON. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to LANGS FARM VILLIAGE ASSOCIATION, an organization that offers free sporting activities to less fortunate youth in Cambridge, ON.
